NEW VIDEO RELEASE: STOPP PROJECT PRESENTS ITS VISION FOR CIRCULAR FOOD PLASTIC PACKAGING

We are pleased to announce the release of our new project video, presenting the vision and key solutions developed within the STOPP project to accelerate the transition towards more sustainable food plastic packaging systems.

The video highlights the environmental challenges associated with plastic packaging and explains how STOPP promotes a circular approach based on the “5 Rs”: Refuse, Reduce, Redesign, Reuse, and Recycle. Through research, tools, and stakeholder collaboration, the project supports organisations in adopting more sustainable packaging practices and advancing circular business models across the food packaging value chain.

It also introduces several of the project’s key outcomes, including the Adaptation Readiness Level self-assessment tool, the STOPP resource hub, and a growing Multi-Actor Community that connects stakeholders committed to transforming packaging systems.

This video was developed thanks to the support of the Horizon Results Booster, a service of the European Commission that helps Horizon Europe projects maximise the impact of their results.

We invite you to watch the video and discover how STOPP is contributing to a more circular and sustainable future for food packaging.
