STOPP TAKES PART IN POLYMERS 2026 IN LISBON THROUGH VTT’S CONTRIBUTION TO THE BIO4PACK CLUSTER

From April 8 to 10, 2026, the STOPP project participated in Polymers 2026 in Lisbon through the attendance of our coordinator, Milad Mosallaei from VTT. During the event, he delivered a talk on the BIO4PACK cluster, presenting the joint efforts of STOPP, VISS, REBIOLUTION, and MAGNO.

As part of the programme, the cluster projects were introduced to the audience and a workshop entitled European Innovation Landscape & Safe-and Sustainable-by-Design was held, providing valuable insights into current trends and future directions in sustainable innovation for the polymers and packaging sectors.

In addition, Milad presented a poster entitled Safe and Sustainable by Design from a Packaging Decoration Perspective, highlighting the relevance of sustainability considerations in packaging decoration and design.

The event proved to be highly informative and offered an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, showcase project progress, and strengthen collaboration around safe and sustainable solutions for the packaging value chain.
